Locust Grove Orchestra

 

If you have experience playing an instrument and a desire to use your talent for God, the Locust Grove Orchestra has a place for you. These instrumentalists join together in forming what has become a vibrant part of the worship experience at LGBC. Our Orchestra is much more than any community or civic center orchestra; we have been called to the high purpose of leading our congregation in praise and worship of the Almighty God!

 

Rehearsals for the Locust Grove Orchestra are weekly on Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30 p.m. in the Worship Center). The group is open to adults and advanced high school　students.

 

Locust Grove Bands

 

These vital and exciting instrumental groups provide a strong core for our celebrative and heart-felt worship.

 

The Praise Band plays most every Sunday morning in worship. This is an audition-only group. Rehearsals are at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesdays.

 

The Youth Praise Band plays each Wednesday in the Student worship service. This is an audition-only group. Rehearsals are on Sunday afternoon.

 

Handbells

 

Our Handbell Ministry includes a　three-octave set of Schulmerich handbells. There are no groups currently meeting, but if you have interest in playing, contact us about your interest.
